HOW TO BOOK?

Choose the tour or accommodation you are interested in and send us an enquiry form. We will confirm the availability within 24hrs. If by any chance you don't receive an e-mail from us, it might have been blocked by your spam filters. In that situation please call or text us at +48 505 055 880.

For bigger groups we require deposit to secure your reservation. Balance in cash is paid after the tour to our rep. We'll inform you about deposits and methods of payment in a confirmation e-mail. After all is confirmed from both sides just wait in your hotel at an appointed time.

DO YOU PROVIDE DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE?

Yes, we pick you up directly from your hotel in Krakow and drop you off there, too.

DOES YOUR PRICE OF THE TOUR INCLUDE ALL EXTRA FEES?

Yes, the prices for our standard tours include return transportation, a licensed driver, local museum guides and entrance tickets. All details of what is included are in our "included in price" section.

IS IT SAFE TO BOOK WITH YOU?

Yes, we are a licensed tour operator cooperating only with licensed transport companies and licensed tour guides. Our drivers are experienced and safety is very important for us.

CAN WE CHANGE THE PICK UP TIME FOR THE AUSCHWITZ OR SALT MINE TOURS?

We do have standard pick up times for some of the tours, but of course it is possible to arrange a different pick up time. Although, depending on your group size it may be subject to a small surcharge.

HOW CAN I CANCELL OR CHANGE MY TOUR DETAILS?

TOURS. For non-deposit reservation we require an e-mail or phone 24hrs notice. Changes or cancellations made after this time are subject to 100% penalty charge. For reservations where we charge deposit we require an e-mail or phone 7 days notice. Changes or cancellations made after this time cause the loss of your deposit, and those made less than 24hrs before the tour date are subject to 100% penalty charge.
